In what world is a 60+ scoring 21 year old worth a 20 year old defense PROSPECT. Provorov would get the conversation started and you aren't anything near that.
Fox_mulder and brian_7653 liked this.

Provorov is virtually untouchable. If Hextall even thinks about trading him, we better get players like Mark Schecflie and Elhers plus somebody else.

Haha umm I was just reposting what was said before. I had Ghost for Ehlers but apparently other Jets fans said no dice. It would take Sanheim and a little more so Sanheim and a pick is what I proposed. If you want Provorov you'd be talking Scheifele which obviously isn't what either team wants to do. Sanheim could be worth Ehlers in the same world that Myers/Connor is apparently worth Schenn/Ghost (another trade posted by WPG guy) lol - RELAX dude and read the other boards before freaking out.

I like moving Sanheim over Ghost, admittedly I'm very high on Ghost, but his offensive capability is impressive, and he has gotten better with his defense. If he continues his development I see him as a number one D-men and could be better than Provy given the offense. That said I think Provy is stronger defensively. All of this being said I don't think the Flyers are going to aggressively trade for more Dmen, so the CAR trade is unlikely unless a forward moves back to Philly. I also am cautiously optimistic that Lindbolm makes Flyers next season, and I don't think Read is around next year and maybe just maybe we move Bellemare.

yeah I highly doubt we move Read/PEBs for two reasons. One, Read has littel value and at best might be moved at the TDL and PEBs is a coahc favorite. Two, I don't see Hext moving "depth" forwards just to go back and sign more in free agency when we could ride out the last year of the contracts for Filp/Read. Lindblom isn't a lock, I agree, but I don't think it will be long until he is on the NHL club. He already looked great in the times he has played in the AHL and has absolutely ripped apart the pros in the SHL and is playing great in the playoffs trying to lead the team to the championship. Last I checked they were up 2-1 in the series and the other amazing part is our goalie prospect Felix Sandstrom has been starting in goal. Future is bright as of now, but it could go way south if Giroux/Jake don't get it together soon.
