I see Jets fans willing to do a 2023 flyers first and Konecny so I think it’s a better offer than that cause I think Konecny is a 40/50 point guy at best and Kap is a 40 point guy while Legare is a potential 30+ goal scorer if he can develop right

Judging how every other fan besides jets fans on this website off a first and a decent prospect. The actual demand/want for this player isnt as high as it seems. Keith Yandle type of defensive liability and a locker room cancer.

Those are the vocal minority. The same posters that were ready to trade Dubois last season after 40 games for a 3rd round pick or trade Laine before that for any 3rd liner offered.

Most Jets fans and more importantly their management are smarter than that and know how much Scheifele is actually worth.

Unfortunately, this offer just doesn't cut it.

Things may change if he asks for a trade, but right now there is no reason to sell low.
