I agree with you on the D but I feel like Hughes values Harris above Romanov because he went to NEU.

Armia for Kassian is either a wash or an EDM loss due to the extra contract year on Armia so your suggested deal is a 1st and a 3rd for Allen 50% retained at its best. Goalies like Allen don't warrant a 1st in return, let alone a 1st and a 3rd. A 2nd is the most anyone should pay and I wouldn't even give that for him unless you took Smith in return.
