Ducks decline. The 2nd moves Zucker, we're not interested in another LD, and certainly not giving up Comtois or a third for one.

Zucker plays decent when he's healthy... the problem is he hasn't been healthy in a couple years. He'll get a pretty good return at the TDL if he's not on LTIR. He's not a cap dump in the sense that people are treating him on here... but he'd be a cap dump because the Pen's would be looking for some cap space. This isn't a case of having to grossly overpay for someone to take him (i.e. VGK's dumps.)

He's not easy to move because of the injury history, not skill or salary.
