I feel like a 3rd and 4th for 2 years of a bad contract just isn't good enough. Chicago has tons of better options in free agency if they choose.

Foegele doesn't have a bad contract. It's just that Edmonton needs the space.

Doesn't change anything for Chicago whether it's considered bad or not. Hawks have no use for him and he's a cap dump.

Hawks are a bottom 3 team in the league. They NEED legit NHL players, and most free agents won't want to sign with such a terrible organization. They'd welcome this trade.
