Exactly. Hard to get any better value than league minimum. Was really happy with him last year. The numbers weren't incredible, but that was a result of a couple poor outings. He got thrown into a tough spot in a blowout against VAN last year, Markstrom's skate broke on a PK. When you don't get a lot of starts like Vladar did, 4 on 17 really put a dent in the ole stat line.

He had limited starts and one bad game tanked his results for the season. He was an absolute fantasy stud basically the entire year (when they played him).

But I guess more importantly, why help a divisional rival get back to the post season when you yourself are in your compete window?
