They could use another dman or two. Hopefully, Lacombe, Thrun or Moore develop (I think it will be Moore).

But this team will be a lot of fun to watch.

Teams with good ELCs and little bad cap, or even long term high priced players really are in a good position in a cap strapped league.
Ducks, Sabres, Wings, Devils....could be competitive really soon.

Plus Henrique, Strome, Vatrano, Fowler and Gibson for experience and veteran leadership. It's also not inconceivable we give Shattenkirk a new deal, considering our weakness at RhD.

We won't contend this season, but we may be the Los Angeles Kings 2021-2022 surprise in 2023-2024.
