The Toronto Maple Leafs have become an absolute powerhouse hockey team since Kyle Dubas fired Mike Babcock and hired Sheldon Keefe to become the team's coach. Sheldon Keefe has coached the Leafs during the last few years to one of the best winning percentages in the entire National Hockey League and in the entire history of the Maple Leafs storied franchise.

Kyle Dubas has built the Toronto Maple Leafs into a great hockey team which has assembled a strong roster of players at the forward, defence and goalie positions to the envy of most NHL teams. The Maple Leafs dream collection of star players like Matthews, Marner, Tavares, Nylander and Rielly are highly motivated and look ready to lead and win a Stanley Cup during the 2022-2023 NHL season as they are all now entering their prime playing years.

The Maple Leafs powerhouse opening night roster has been assembled and now includes two potent offensive lines, a great shut down third line, new incredible energy fourth line, 3 solid defence pairs and two former first string money goalies. The team has also assembled a stable of exciting prospects with some being expected to join the Leafs powerhouse team in the near future.
