Kings decline, very unlikely we send Durzi to any team in the Pacific unless they give us a significant boost at LD with a young player. Also, Kings forward group is more or less set, there isn't anything here that really entices the Kings.

Los Angeles declines. A proven second-pairing defenseman for a bottom-pairing defender, an A prospect who would nevertheless be behind 5 better left-handed forwards on our depth chart, and a draft pick likely to be later than #112 when we have one of the top five prospect pools in the NHL? No, thanks.

Love how most ppl post Valimaki is an AHL'er with no value or future in the NHL and doesn't fill a need for our Team... Then come the posts, "I can't wait to pick Valimaki up off waivers for nothing"

As a waiver pick up it makes sense. Most teams won't send anything if real value for him.

That's ridiculous to me, he's still worth a late 2nd/early 3rd Round Pick. Defensemen take longer to develop and to peak, so Young RFA D-Men always hold some value AFAIC. He should at least return another former top pick who isn’t performing and needs a change of scenery too like DET’s Joe Veleno or LAK’s Gabriel Villardi, Lias Andersson or Jaret Anderson-Dolan
