Chychrun is far from a top pair defender on the right side. For that reason Leafs would make no trade for him. Certainly not the proposed one.

1-Chychrun cannot play the right side, he's awful over there
2-the difference between a healthy Muzzin and a healthy Chychrun is not remotly close to half of the value the leafs give up here, even with retention.
3-If Muzzin is a dead weight because of his health, then maybe the guy who has never played 70 games in a season in his entire career and only 2 over 60 isnt a great replacement
