Yeah you keep it, its different from fantasy pools, for the first month or so its in reverse standings order from last season then by November (I believe) it switches to this years reverse standings order

Yes, the waiver priority remains the same reverse order of last season standings until Nov. 1st then it switches to reverse order of the current standings.
