Description
2023 draft is very deep, move out some of the older guys and bad contracts, give the leadership to Pettersson and Hughes, and compete for a cup few years after this with 2023 draft picks, Lekkerimaki, etc. Also replace some of the traded roster spots in free agency but not with bad contracts with term like in the past- but don't replace everyone as we need to save roster spots for the young guys coming through
