Sure he's producing a lot right now but it's way too small of a sample size. He likely settles around 50-60 points and that is not worth the above price tag.

Personally Disagree, I think he actually playing to his potential. Hes playing with a Lot of speed right now, scoring etc, and even becoming a bit of a leader on the flyers. This isnt a bad offer but I probably wouldnt retain. It doesnt make sense for us to trade our best offensive player when we already lack NHL talent on the roster.

I really like Konecny, but I don't see the flames trading a 2023 1st and I don't see Philly accepting unless they go full rebuild. Pelletier will be a top 6 for sure, Ruzicka has been good of late, but I would see them wanting a blue chip prospect.
