Description

Calgary is in the middle of the race to make the playoffs and with the moves they made this summer it's clear they're gonna be buyer at the trade deadline and very agressive.
I made two moves for that: 1) dump Lucic contract to Mtl to get capspace and 2) get Tarasenko (if he accepts the trade) so they could get their scoring guy for the playoffs.

Lucic agrees to waive to play with one of his best friends in Gallagher.

With all the moves they made this offseason it's clear they're going for the cup this year. In the middle of the playoff race they go for a top 6 winger in Tarasenko.

Stl should start a rebuild and with Tarasenko and ROR likely gone they should fetch and 1st and prospect for both of them. They'll receive more for Tarasenko if traded to Calgary because they want to win this year because mext season extansion to Huberdeau and Weegar will kick off.

Still would like to see him back producing before chasing him, but if he comes back and plats like he has been, I'd love to have him, if he wants to play here.
