NYR pays that price only to let him go in free agency because they don't have the cap to resign him... yes, 100 % it will happen

Much like the chatter surrounding Lafreniere...not only is it very unlikely that Othmann gets moved at all...but it definitely won't be for a rental.

If you have a 8YR x 5M contract extension in place you will get that sort of return. Two 1sts is probably the ceiling on any rental and that would more than likely be to a team that can extend him. This is a bad post, but lots of good feedback for your next one
