Agreed. Why a cap strapped team is paying that much for a defenceman who will cost them 6.5 million when he's 38 years old is beyond me. Edmonton laughs and hangs up.

If the Blues intent was to full rebuild I would probably take this. But this would certainly make us suck for a couple years so that could be interesting.

Nonetheless, I don’t see Parayko being sold off
