LW- Untouchable, trade under no circumstances. Part of the core going forward
C- Trade only if a great offer comes along. Could be part of the future core.
RW- Sweet spot; could net some good value if traded or should be traded before other GMs decide they’re busts.
LD- Try to find a partner, but they’re probably stuck with us
RD- Future UFAs, either can’t or shouldn’t resign them.

I'd throw Mayfield in the "should be traded" pile with Parise & Varly - he's a pending UFA who shouldn't be resigned but his archetype has value amongst the GMs of this league.

I don’t see how a soon to be UFA (Sorokin) can be an untouchable . He decides where he signs his next contract

You right, not sure why I didn’t put him there to begin with. I can see Bolduc filling his role in the near future anyways, albeit as an LD.

The isles are going to miss the playoffs two years in a row despite getting generational goaltending from Sorokin. He will get a huge deal anywhere he goes. He doesn’t really have much incentive to stay with the isles
