Neither if TB is adding a third. Why on earth would they give up that much for a guy who when here was a healthy scratch more than half his time during the regular season,and over 60% of his post season games? Do you think TB sucks so badly at self scouting that they didn't have a clue what they had?

What I've seen of him since isn't much different just looks better because the defenders around him are awful.
