No from Winnipeg on both.

There's no reason to believe the Jets will have to take substantially less than Vancouver got for Horvat. They definitely won't be taking on a long term cap dump like Anderson if PLD is moved.

I know Montreal fans want to believe they will get PLD for crap like this, there's just no realistic comparables that support that.
