Carolina is the biggest competition for us in acquiring Timo. I figure that we have step it up a little. They are going to throw Morrow at SJ for sure.

Well, if Carolina is offering the deal listed in that same article, it won't be a long bidding war.

I think its still too much. But its certainly a lot less than what SJS is rumored to be asking for.
