Description

It's been pretty obvious by now that the Kings' goaltending situation is not great. Sure, Copley's been OK; but LA is gonna need an upgrade if they wanna go deep. So I figured I'd try to do that here.

Not impossible... but unlikely. Hughes was asked about potentially trading Monty and said that wasn't an option.

That's a wild overpay for a meh back-up goalie. The Blues would give you Greiss for a 5th any day.

Monty has shown great flashes, and Kent Hughes has made it public that he wants to keep him for the future
With saying that, I have no doubt he can be available for the right price, theoretically we'd be looking at a future RHD, and a future goalie, at least a guy that plays 35 games.
That's what we'd give him up for. Is it worth it for you guys? That's for you to decide.
