Exactly. The Caps have made their intentions quite clear. As long as Ovi is signed, they will try and compete. This year it's clear that's not going to happen, so they have sold off pending UFAs to get value and retool for next year. The Caps made the exact right decisions this TDL. Hextall should take notes because this is how you do it
