I think Raty is going to start on the Farm. To also help Jurmo into North America. I think signing Barbashev for 3rd line role between the 2 Russian kids would be worth it if we can get him for around 3m. I think OEL buy out is probably a year or two too early plus him on the bottom pairing isn't the worst thing unless we can trade one of Boeser/Garland for a Defense improvement

After grabbing Kapanen and Vrana, the Blues won't have cap for Garland.

Meh. Blues pass. They’ll want Vrana and KK to play top 6 and increase their value to sell next year again and then be competitive in 24-25. Snugs is a RW and Patel will likely slide over when Bolduc comes up and starts at LW. Would expect to see both after the deadline next year
