Why would we trade away a good goalie prospect for the Ghost of Carey Price and a 6th? That's just wasteful asset management. Same thing goes for Comtois, he is an NHL player, the likelyhood that those picks become an NHL player in 3-5 years is slim to none.

Erikson Ek is the goalie on his way out the door, Clang and Alexander will be in San Diego.

Henrique value is right to move him, but its incredibly unlikely we move him to Vegas after the Dadonov debacle.

Why sign Dostal for 2 years for $1,333,333? He is still young so he should get less than 1m. You never know what you are going to get out of goalies. Just like with Bob when Florida signed him for 10m and did not play like a 10m goalie

Ugh, that's a pretty terrible lineup. Toss Comtois aside to sign Hornqvist? No thanks. Five defensemen on 900k contracts... you get what you pay for and that's an AHL defense. Again no thanks.

Piss away a good prospect for Carey Price? You have Anaheim confused with Arizona or something there. That's not a move the Ducks ever make. And is complete unnecessary if you'd spend some actual money on real defensemen.

I'm admittedly unknowledgeable about actual payments to players who are LTIRetired, but I believe they still get the salary that is owed them? If that's the case, a Ghost that costs 7 million a year for a few more years isn't that cool for a team with an internal cap.
