Also, I cannot recall ever seeing any Krug to SJ trades on here.

Have to agree with you there, there is reason to believe even a 1 for 1 with 3.5 mil retention on Karlsson might not be enough. Just look at Bouchard season and this playoff series! The kid has broken out in a big way and is on a path to being a Legit #1 RD

Would love Labanc, but not for that. Sure Granlund is expensive but isn’t a cap dump. Our 1 or 2 best prospect and a first also. Just seems too steep for him

Any retention over 2-2.5 mil is going to be a heavy price. Even heavier when edm throws in multiple cap dumps. Here they get Karlsson, and 2 bad contacts gone, Campbell for multiple years. That's going to take Bouchard.
