The Kraken have no use for either Garland or Myers. Garland is a solid player, but would be in the bottom six in Seattle, and paying $4.95M for that isn't in Seattle's best interests. Myers wouldn't even crack the Kraken's starting lineup.

I don't know. They'd save a decent amount of cap trading a position of strength for a position of need. Dvorak played well under Tochett too so it's not a bad offer.

We are better off playing Boeser at center than trade for the plug Dvorak. Somehow Dvorak is even worse defensively than Boeser. Not to mention that Boeser's career low in points is still higher than Dvorak's career high in points. Heck Sheldon Dries is better than Dvorak right now

Assuming the Habs can trade for Dubois (and that Dvorak isn't included in that deal), they would probably make that deal. Without acquiring a center, it could be tougher, as our young depth at C isn't quite ready yet, and we have plenty of wingers already.
