I think the Leafs still want to compete and make the playoffs so they would want NHLers back in any trade, preferably UFAs or younger guys with potential to be stars soon.

Nikishin was untouchable for Meier, he's off the table for Marner. You could include Morrow if you want, but you're trying to argue these prospects are spare parts, which is wrong. Forsmark is very strong in his own right. RIzzo has really emerged with Denver and Nybeck is still showing great promise as a scoring winger. If you want to make Forsmark Morrow, it really doesn't make a difference. The only prospect that's off the table is Nikishin
