Keep Dubas/Fire Keefe. Separate Matthews/Marner except for Powerplay. Matthews and Marner never get it done in the big moment. Both should be able to carry their line. I honestly believe this is realistic as I am not as convinced the leafs will actually trade one of the core 4

I think one will go simply for cap reasons. With Matthews getting a 2 million dollar raise potentially, and Nylander probably demanding 9-10 million on his next contract, Leafs just don't have the money to make it all work.

I think it would take more than that to land Konencny as PHI is in need of forwards who can produce. From the Leafs side why would they trade for a guy they wont be able to afford at the cost of their defence as well. Need some youth on the dcore.

Mayfield probably gets at least double the AAV and term. Connor Brown will also likely want more money and definitely would want term. J Staal has no reason to leave CAR for TOR as far as I know.
