I think that's still a little bit too much on the PHI side. I think BUF would have to add something more. Maybe a prospect like Rosen and another mid level pick. Hart and TK alone are probably worth at least 2 firsts, a 2nd, and 2 prospects. For their age, cap hits, and performances thus far, that would be a steal. And the prospects you included, one who has nose dived since a solid first half as a rookie, and another goalie prospect of which we have several of, doesn't really tip the scales for me.

Gotta think the ask from Philly is 2023 1st + Savoie at a minimum if they're sending both of their most valuable roster players back the other way
