Description

These are trades made in other armchair GM teams where the sharks were involved with the parties team. Some slight adjustments were made on a couple. The last trade involving the pick swap was of my own volition.

Sharks would keep 1 retention spot open for the year and would have more than 10 players on the nhl roster on expiring contracts that could be moved at the deadline. Most likely to move at the deadline would be Brodie, Barabanov, Kunin, Peterson, Zetterlund, Hoffman or Lindblom.

Hawks might do it if there was someone high on their board that fell. Otherwise, there isn't a particular drop off in tier of player from 26 to 35, by most accounts.

I don't even know who Mario Ferraro is. I think if the blues want to change up their defense they will probably look for a better LHD and would pay the price for it

A big issue is the NTC's for Brodie and Schmidt. Their teams might want to dump them, but they aren't likely going to want to leave for SJ. Murray might waive because it gets him a shot at being #1 and earning another contract for next season.
