Three trades, the non Leafs team don't do? Timmins isn't worth a second, One year of Nylander isn't worth six years a of JEE. Murray takes more of a premium to be traded.

If Nylander resigned it would be heavily favorable to Min but then is it possible to resigning him with the dead cap?
Sharks aren’t taking Murray without a 1st even if we have to add (not the SJS 23 2nd that won’t happen)
Timmons is decent but a 3rd is his value right now though at the tdl that could drastically change
