I feel like its an upgrade. Lyubushkin is a bottom pair 7D at this point. He also get hurt a lot so they will need a lot of depth.

Mayfield is a decent D but he's more of a good 3rd that can move up if needed short-term rather than a top4 guy. If Heiskanen gets injured, you're in trouble unlike the forward group which is great. Questionable contract for an inconsistent player in Domi. IMO it makes more sense to add another top4 D and play a young or cheap forward over Domi. You can still add a forward at the deadline when you will have accrued more cap space.
