I'm sure we could work something out. But CHI probably declines that deal. Also, all of that for one year of Hart seems like way too much, and I doubt Olofsson or Lyubushkin bring back 2nds, but if they could that would certainly be great for BUF.

Lyubushkin struggled in BUF, he showed success in TOR so at the price I think SEA takes a chance

Sure. But BUF would be lucky to recoup as much as they are giving up there, let alone make a profit. They could do better bolstering another part of their roster with those assets, and either let UPL and Levi split time or trade UPL elsewhere and snag a free agent to hold things down while Levi establishes himself.
