This Boston team isn't even a playoff team in the Atlantic this year, Still have Toronto, Florida and Tampa and one of Buffalo or Ottawa are better. The Dumba and Gudas contracts, Neither sign those low ball offers. And oh FYI you're at least $1,000,000 short on Bert Detroit already offered far more than that offer.
