The trades might not be the same, and it might be different players but basically we're going to:

Spend a first to dump Myers + maybe an over priced winger

Overpay FA's in their late 20s at RHD and 3C

Be in just as bad of a cap situation, with a moderately improved team, and zero prospects

Also, I thought that Hirose was already signed??

This is just utterly stupid. Allvin turned 3x2 Hamonic into a 3rd round pick. I’m confident he will be able to shed some cap without trading a top 6 winger and the 11th overall pick

It is utterly stupid, like just about everything this team has done since 2013.

Is there a way to move cap? Maybe but I'll believe it when I see it. I certainly don't believe our puppet front office is capable of it.
