Description
At the draft our first 4 picks would go:
#10: RD David Reinbacher | C Oliver Moore
#20: C Calum Ritchie
#25: RD Oliver Bonk
#50: G Michael Hrabal | G Trey Augustine

As for the trades:
#1 - Seattle
Faulk would be a long term partner with Dunn. They have played with each other in the past and would continue to be solid partners with each other. Seattle gets out of an expensive center contract and still receives a late first round pick. I think it’s a win win for everyone involved.

#2 - Pittsburgh
With talks of Granlund being bought out, I don’t see any centers on the market that would go for $3M AAV. It’s a weak free agency to begin with at the center position, but Wennberg could fit into the Pens system at 3C if they buy out or trade Granlund.

I appreciate the creativity and I think it’s actually pretty decent for both sides. Would still be a nightmare going into the season with that left side though. Hopefully would use one of those picks+ to acquire Hanifin or something.

This isn't the draft to waste a 1st on a goalie. It's not even a need.

2nd rounder for the goaltender. Thought process was to replace Binnington in 4 years after Hrabal or Augustine play in the NCAA for 4 years.

That would be massive. I think Perunovich and Scandella would make a good bottom pairing. I don’t know if Reinbacher is a D+1 starter but if so we can have Perunovich - Reinbacher starting in 2024-25. Leddy or Krug gone and adding Hanifin would be a dream scenario. Leddy more likely than Krug in my opinion.
