If WSH is rebuilding they would accept that. Wilson hasn't been great recently. San Jose rejects.

I think caps can easily get a better offer and he was solid when he was back from injury. Scored at a 30+ goal rate.

Caps would be better off selling him and getting the best offer they can but he won’t be moved.
