Description

Look to trade Backlund and Tanev at the trade deadline, you still have two spots for retaining salary, and should be able to get a significant haul for either (Backlund specifically).

There's a lot of talent coming up the pipeline offensively with Pelletier, Parssinen, Zary, Corronato and Schwindt all having potential as top 6-9 guys for the team. The Huberdeau and Kadri contracts aren't great, but its something they have to deal with for now.
Mangiapane is a great player but after 2024, or even at the deadline, they need to trade him because his value will more than likely be extremely high as the team's best goal scorer and somebody who's capable of 30ish goals every year IMO.

Hard pass by NSH. Wouldn't want to move that much for Lindholm. I like him, but not nearly that much, especially if Parssinen is involved in that.
