If Columbus doesn’t have room for Peeke, they certainly don’t have room for Ceci, who is older, more expensive Canadian Peeke.

that’s fair, my thinking was columbus would be able to garner a bigger return from edmonton if they took back ceci as well then in theory be able to flip him for a return of some kind as opposed to the oilers who due to their well known cap restraints would likely have to pay to move him (i am a firm believer though that he does have value just none in an oilers trade due to their cap issues)

I agree. If only because of his handedness, he has value. Just don’t think Volumbus with their plethora of RD are interested in taking the time to be a middleman with him. Columbus’s own cap space is also dwindling fast.
