Pretty sure Toronto’s 2nd buyout window has already closed, not 100% sure on this. Think Brodie would have had to go on waivers for purpose of buyout by yesterday.

I would advise against it but maybe a trade involving Brodie is possible or. But buyout would be pretty dumb, like Jim benning level dumb

Brodie has value around the league. I can see him being traded if the Leafs had to. Also, Treliving tried trading him in the past for a center so he may do so again because the Leafs need a 3C.

Just going by TSN reports here. Brodie is a buyout option. I personally don’t think he will be bought out but who knows. They need to free up cap space and ice at least a 21 man roster.
