Projected starting roster

Leafs aren't giving Timmins up on a waiver claim, they will trade him for scraps instead of nothing if they have to

I'd be fine with picking him up on waivers, but i doubt he'd get to us without being picked up. Might as well move a 7th for him instead if we want him

I wish the Avs would pick up one more depth forward. I'm not that comfortable with them rolling with Meyers/Foudy/some other young guy in not one, but two spots. That's tough already, but then I look at Cogs and get nervous about his ability to stay healthy. We can't end up filling three forward positions again with guys trying to crack or finally stick in the NHL.

From my understanding the leafs are going to try and go with a 21 to 20 man roster to start the season, which means guys are hitting the waiver wire, there is a chance someone doesn't take him and the leafs can keep him for 30 days.. but I'd like to have him back

No chance Timmins would slide all the way to COL on waivers
