OTT Cap space and WPG depth

WPG sends down a waiver-exempt player or two and BAM; they've got the cap space. Helps replace the offense lost by losing Wheeler and if the wheels fall off by the TDL, WPG has another cheap, middle-six winger to float for a few draft picks.

Willing to add a 4th to make losing MTL's 2nd a bit more palatable for WPG fans, but I think Kubalik is worth a second.

I am a HUGE fan of Joseph. Willing to lose that scoring depth provided by Kubalik (that Tarasenko provides anyway) in favour of keeping him. Also, I want to keep Forsberg so Sogaard can marinate in the minors for another year or two. Unless his knees are FUBAR and he goes on LTIR, but then this whole thing is unnecessary.
