Would rather not pay someone $9m.. Rather someone $5-6m range and then fill out the depth with the additional money. Dont think anyone should be brought in or signed to be making more than Tkachuk or Timmy

Agreed. That would let us keep Joseph too, which they should absolutely do.

With the cap going up, I think you're going to have a hard time finding 2nd line forwards at 5m.

Don't disagree - this was more to show how much flexibility they will have during their prime years. Not many contending teams can just add $9M without having to do cap gymnastics.

Absolutely agree... I would be fine with $7M but definitely no one coming in instantly making more than Stutzle and Tkachuk.
