Description

Nick Holden. Look this guy up and tell me he’s not a good fit for the leafs. All the Otto behind access stuff has his am one of the greatest guys in the locker room. In tremendous shape for 36. Holden, Reavo, Bertuzzi, Domi. This is a great locker room fellas. Holden would help this team just as much on the ice as he would do off the ice and at a 6-7 Defenceman that Auston, Mitch just love having in the room and in the lineup!

Unfortunately the Hawks don't have room for Lafferty.

Leafs will be cap compliant with a 20 man roster; not ideal - admittedly - but better option than dumping two good depth players. You can still sign Holden but send him to Marlies; available as emergency call up
