If Frankie truly is out long-term, this is a VERY fair offer for the Avs to look at. Cap-wise it will be tough, but a good offer.

Dont think the Caps will be in the market for a center aand they’re cap situation probably rules out that Backlund trade. I’d say you could probably get a bit for him anyway.
