No thank you on claiming Nylander from waivers. I would be okay trading McMann or Steeves for him, once he clears waivers. This way he can hang out in the AHL.

I don't know anything about Schmidt but I know we could really use another waiver exempt RD. That 2nd round pick would be nice as well.

I really like Jarnkrok and what he brings but it would be very hard to turn down that trade, considering the pick, prospect and cap flexibility we would get.

Not a snowballs chance in Tampa in August they do this they can't take jarmkrok's cap hit come December, and can just claim Jones when you're forced to waive Schmidt isn't available

Tampa Bay declines. They can't afford Jarnkrok's cap hit once Vasy is back. And they aren't trading Schmidt or a 2nd to fill their temporary need in goal.
