As it currently sits EDM is almost 400k over cap. meaning they would have to clear 1.7m currently to fit Vrana on to their roster. Holloway is their only ELC player meaning everyone else would have to clear waivers so maybe Derek Ryan and his 900K cap might be able to slide through but anyone else would get claimed. So either 1.3m would have to go back to the blues or the trade wouldn't work.

2.) Even if I presume they would, it wouldn't be for a forward.
3.) Even if I presume they would, it wouldn't be for Jakub Vrana.
