Regardless if people don't like this, I think something very close to this is a realistic deal that both sides could get behind.

I do think that MTL should try to move Anderson (or Gallagher) with retention in this deal if possible.

We'll send Campbell to Laval, he will find his mojo again, Toronto will call, we'll trade him to Toronto and after 2 losses he will end his career on LTIR

The chances of the oilers trading away their 1st round pick while currently sitting at third last place in the NHL are slim to none. But the value is pretty fair

Try trading Anderson, Gally or Armia without retention and then see if you can do the same with Campbell. Almost impossible!
The Oil are more interested in Monty anyhow.
