Thats a terrible deal for edmonton. Manson is older, more expenseive, worse and cant stay healthy

I wanted the Avs to sign Kulak instead of Manson a few offseasons ago. No reason EDM should do this.

im glad this is the only real "cup champ contract" we signed. The rest - nuke, lehky, cogs, and helm - were better based on their production and age or cheap. could be worse.

I always liked Manson and saw him as the ideal Foote replacement in the modern game, just they waited too long to get him and then signed him to one of the few poor deals they've done in a while.
