Genuinely curious why its declined? Is it because Saros doesn't have enough term? Saros is a top 5 goalie, I personally think this is a light return...

Depends on your opinion of Holtz. I think he's legit, but he has many doubters. Given his usage and the Duclair trade, I wouldn't be upset at this trade from the Devils' POV
